On Saturday, November 16th from 11am-1pm, join the Duluth Lacrosse program at Shorty Howell Park for some coffee, donuts, and lacrosse!
Meet the high school coaches and players from both boys and girls teams as you learn how to play lacrosse! Everything will be provided by the program, so all you need to bring is your family and a great time! Please fill out this form if you are interested in the throw-around.
Please look at the list provided for more information, and always feel free to email us any questions you might have.
See you at Shorty!

The purpose of the throw-around is for any and all people, kid and parent alike, to come to Shorty Howell Park and simply play around. Throw, catch, run, laugh, hangout, and get basic overall exposure to the awesome sport of lacrosse.
Our first throw-around is October 19th from 11am-1pm, but another is planned for November 15th at the same time and place.

The Gwinnett Lacrosse League is the official youth lacrosse league for the county, although not cluster fields a team.
Duluth is one such school. With the throw-arounds, we hope to build interest and obtain enough numbers to field a team and enter them into the GLL in the near future.
If you'd like more info on the GLL, check out their website here.
